Bali’s General Elections Commission (KPUD) will issue the permanent list of voters for the May gubernatorial election by the middle of next month. “We call on residents to find out if they have been registered as voters or not by checking the temporary list that we have displayed in each village,” commission chairman Ketut Sukawati Lanang Putra Perbawa said on Wednesday as quoted by Antara news agency.
The temporary list had been on display since last week, he said. “Residents that have not been included on the list can register by coming to the administration office in their respective village, clicking on the commission website, sending an SMS or making a phone call to our call center.” Residents can also check the temporary list on the commission’s website http://www.kpud-baliprov.go.id. They can also check by sending an SMS to (0361) 7438282 by typing their civil registration number (space) regency.
